10km Training: Week 2

So the first week went pretty well… I managed to do the 3 runs, but didn’t fit the 2 cross trains into my schedule. Hopefully this week I can!

MONDAY
-10-20min warmup
-8x200m sprints w/ 30sec rest between
-10min cooldown
TUESDAY
-XT 30min
-Arms, Back, Abs workout
WEDNESDAY
-10min warmup
-2km easy jog
-10min cooldown
THURSDAY
-XT 30min
-Legs, Butt, Chest workout
FRIDAY
-3km easy jog
