10km Training: Week 4

Week 3 was a complete write off. Exams just overwhelmed me so I decided not to even bother trying.

Monday: -10-20min warmup
-8x250m sprints w/30sec rest between
-10min cooldown

Tuesday: -XT 30min
-Arms, Back, Abs workout

Wednesday: -10min warmup
-2.5km easy jog
-10min cooldown

Thursday: -XT 30min
-Legs, Butt, Chest workout

Friday: -3.5km easy jog
