Health Squares

These squares were introduced to me by my step-grandmother, she makes them for nearly every occasion (along with pies and cookies!), but they’re just so tasty, and not too sweet or anything. They’re perfect for keeping in the freezer for whenever you have a craving for some chocolate.

1c brown sugar                 1c margarine
2 eggs                                   2tsp vanilla
2c wheat germ                  3c flour
1c chocolate chips
Combine all but the chocolate. Bake in an 8×8” dish at 325 for 20min. Spread chocolate over top to melt, and chill.
