Run Baby Run

This 10km training isn’t going so well. I love running don’t get me wrong, but 4 months of working out once a week really put a damper on my cardio skills. I really need to step it up and stick to my workout plan! This week I ran 3km on Wednesday, did a modified workout of these workouts on Thursday, and went for another 3km run on Friday. Next week I plan to actually do all 5 days!

Any tips for motivating yourself to workout?
