10km Training: Week 5

Despite having made a 20 week running program to prepare for my race, I’ve been pretty much winging it the past 2 weeks. I’ve realized I don’t ever end up doing the sprints I assign for Monday, so I’m deciding that this week I will alter the program so I can hopefully be more successful!

Monday: Countdown workout

Tuesday: 3.5km

Wednesday: Countdown workout

Thursday: 3km

Friday: 3km
