Our last day in Montreal was spent completely outside. We went to this eccentric little cafe for crepes, then headed towards Mont-Royal Park for a hike. Our crepes were delicious, and they had really good coffee (as opposed to most breakfast places that serve you gross coffee). The design inside was so unusual, it had one wall painted yellow zebra print, one with blue bubbles, one with a cheetah print, etc.
Mont-Royal Park was beautiful. A friend had mentioned that this park on Sundays was like a mini festival with drummers, dancers, street merchants, etc. Needless to say, we had to check it out. When we got to the park, some drummers were just getting started so we decided to hike to the top of the mountain. It was a very sweaty trek. 30 degrees Celsius is not hiking weather! It was really pretty though, and we got some nice photos at the top.
