As I’ve mentioned many times, I’m always looking for circuit training plans to try. I’ve stumbled across this 8 week challenge. Let me tell you, this is tough, it’s making me realize how little upper body strength I truly have. One armed push-ups? Can’t do ’em. One the other hand, getting through one of this intense circuits makes me feel really accomplished. I really like this program because she shows you how to do all of the moves, and encourages you in the comments. Also, the workouts are simple enough that you aren’t stumbling over yourself trying to figure out which arm goes where.You should check it out and let me know how you measure up!
