Fried G(ranola)

I had this stuff for the first time at camp and am addicted! It’s granola in a frying pan basically. I don’t have exact measurements as I usually just measure to taste. Here is an estimate of ingredients to serve 4.

2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 c raisins
2 granny smith apples, in bite size pieces
1/4 c chocolate chips

Melt the butter in the pan, and toss in the rolled oats. Stir for a few minutes, allowing them to toast. Add the apples and sprinkle both the cinnamon and the brown sugar on top. Stir again for a few minutes, until oats start to become golden brown. Add in the raisins and chocolate chips and stir until chocolate is melted.

Again, this is a rough estimate, feel free to adapt to your taste!
