A few weeks ago, my friend and I went out for Pho and got these delicious rice paper wraps that had shrimp, noodles, and lettuce in them. I’ve been searching for rice paper forever and finally found it this weekend, I decided to attempt to make some wraps, and I would say they turned out pretty well. My dipping sauce, not so much (rice wine vinegar and siracha, not a good mix!)
Cooked, peeled shrimp
Cooked vermicelli noodles
Wet the rice paper, give it a second to rest (this is an awesome tutorial)
Add everything but shrimp.
Follow above link’s directions on how to roll.
Create a good tasting dipping sauce, and there you have it!
