Neon String Nails

I did these yesterday on a friend using a piece of embroidery thread. We had tried to do splatter nail art with a straw, but for some reasons couldn’t get it to splatter! Also tried marbling, but it may have been the brand of polish that didn’t marble well. Anyway, we ended up with these! Enjoy.
